ConHair Wigs is my brain child with help from my husband, Fletcher. I wanted to find a way to take my 16 years of theatrical wig and makeup experience to the freelance world. I’m greatly enjoyed diving into the world of Cosplay and Comicons!

My name is Marcia Baird and I am the founder and owner of ConHair Wigs. I’m a bit of a renaissance woman in the fact that I have a BS in Chemistry from Linfield College and a MFA in Wig and Makeup Design from the University of Cincinnati - CCM.

I took a step back from working in Regional Theater in late 2016. I wanted to continue to pursue my passion of working with wigs, but on my own schedule. This gave birth to ConHair Wigs. We are in our seventh year and I’ve learned a lot along the way.

I look forward to all of the crazy projects to come!
